FEATURE ARTIST: NEW WORLD DISORDER

New World Disorder

New World Disorder
(Athens, Greece)

How would you describe your sound and lyric style?
We have a heavy and clear sound, with mid frequencies. We use lots of clean arpeggios – especially in our new EP Prometheus – while there is a breakdown playing in the background giving a sense of aggression along with melody. Our lyrics are about what we’ve experienced in our lives so far, but written in way that can be interpreted by the listener as well. Different people will find different meanings in each song.

Who are your main influences?
Our biggest influence is Parkway Drive, for sure! We can’t name all the bands we are influenced by though, but some of them are August Burns Red, Make Them Suffer, As I Lay Dying, Born Of Osiris and the list goes on..

What are you working on now?
We are working on our new single which will be released in December with a video clip! We’re also preparing for our release show for Prometheus!

Are you touring now?
Not at the moment, BUT right now we’re arranging a tour in Greece for later this year and some live shows in our hometown, Athens, for this Autumn! We’ll announce more details about it soon.

What can people expect at your live gigs?
A lot of energy, a good live performance, craziness and good heavy music along with many surprises!
