2013 saw Sydney’s most exciting shoegaze/dreampop act, Cull, amass a tidy collection of impressive accolades from some of the country’s key music tastemakers. With a promising year ahead, the band is taking over GOODGOD Small Club, Sydney on February 15th for the launch of their debut EP, Bà Nội. With supports Made in Japan and Bad Jeep jumping on the psychedelic bandwagon, it’s set to be an exclusively good time.
Debut EP, Bà Nội is a true labour of love, dedicated to vocalist, Chumpy’s late grandmother; one of the founding inspirations for Cull. The end result “is a powerful mix of joy, beauty and heaviness”.
Cull’s EP launch for Bà Nội at GOODGOD Small Club on the 15th of February is one not to miss.
