In mid-2012, four Sydney dudes came together with a singular goal in mind – to create some righteous punk rock. The result was BORN LION, teeth bared with a roaring wall of sound made up of fucked up chords, angular rhythms, hard beats and double shouty vocals. New track D For Danger is no exception, a howling helter skelter of pounding drums and churning riffs, hurtling along with an epic vengeance. In commemoration, the boys are hitting the road to tear down stages around the country.

In less than a year, these youngbloods have made some serious noise, slaying three highly-lauded east coast tours and earning support slots with the likes of Gay Paris, Strangers, as well as The Offspring, Tomahawk and Metallica on the Soundwave stage. Their previous singles were triumphs in their own right, earning love from triple j, Sydney’s FBI, Melbourne’s Triple R, and Brisbane’s 4ZZZ. All of this culminated in the release of the BORN LION’s debut EP in March 2013, and now their latest single D For Danger.

The band will also be hitting the road early next month in support of the release, hitting up the following places and venues:
